False premise. The goal is not to get a girlfriend. LTRs should only happen eventually after many MANY months of vetting and qualifying a potential candidate. A relationship should be considered a potential outcome if the right girl comes along and she meets your standards. The standard mindset should be to fuck girls, and MAYBE if a unicorn comes along, consider a relationship eventually. Betas get girlfriends because women want to lock them down and use them for resources and attention. You don't want a girlfriend. You just want to get laid.
