“Why do you hate me?”

After becoming red pilled I’ve given less attention to girls who aren’t treating me in a way I like to be treated. Generally just reciprocating energy and knowing when my time is worth more than interacting with a seemingly uninterested girl. Since doing this I often get the question “Why do you hate me?” Or something similar. What does this mean and how should I respond?
