You can’t. If she wants to cheat, she will find a way and there’s nothing one can do to prevent it. Even if you lock her up in a tower, she will find someone to climb into the tower using her hair.

What you focus on are two things. Firstly continue working on yourself without her being the motivations it keeps her in check and somewhere wires her to believe that you’re the best she can have. Secondly, instead of Focussing on how to prevent her from Cheating, focus on becoming the guy that won’t GAF if and when she does.

Your gut could be telling you stuff because it’s right or because you have OCD or any other factor. There’s no way to control your mental movies, except longer term things like meditation etc. I’d say don’t worry about what she is doing and focus on improving yourself to the point where she doesn’t want to even consider cheating. Just don’t do it only because of her.

There's really no perfect way women are constantly lying and if some dude can put her in the zone she'll do it, doesn't mean it's constantly happening. Stay on your purpose and understand you can only control your own actions, your only concerns with this should be fear of catching diseases if your girl is a whore.

Look at Whisper’s posts on LTRs and Control vs Indifference. You have an abundance issue (how’s your day game, how hard would your gf be to replace? - be honest with yourself). You also are taking bad advice - LTRs are control game, not indifference. If she doesn’t want to be your subordinate, then you are either unworthy of such a leadership position or you have chosen the wrong companion. Either way, resolving the issue is fully within your control, not hers.

See that's the problem with the BLUEPILL beta mindset. Dudes think they own the bitch just bc they're in a "relationship". BILLIONS of females in this world, hundreds of MILLIONS of dudes WITH HIGHER SMV that she might just stumble across and spark a connection (even if just for a night).

Yet, you get all of these BLUEPILL betas thinking any given chick BELONGS to him. She is free to "chill" with whoever she wants. I'd be mad, but NOT at the dude(if his smv was higher than mine), I'd be pissed at HER. Your number 1 priority as a HIGH VALUE MAN(in mindset) should be self improvement until you've achieved high value in EVERYTHING...not spying on(and obsessing over) a chick that could literally move on with HER life at ANY moment.

You need to become as strong and healthy as possible. From here, do not compromise your principles and what makes you comfortable/uncomfortable for a girl. I say this about becoming healthy, because if you are still in BB scarcity mindset right now, you might have a weak paranoid unhealthy mentality. You might be over-possessive.

Build a strong frame and then do not compromise that frame. Don’t allow yourself to feel bad, for any reason, because of some girl. If she likes to go out and party, and you don’t want her to, then you need to date a different girl.

If you like to read books, and she sees you as an Alpha, trust me, she will start like reading books too.

I’ve had girls start playing chess regularly and get into balisong knives, simply because that’s what I liked.

If she sees you as an Alpha, you will be her first priority and she actually won’t be able to allow herself to do things that would turn you off from her (like going to shitty parties without you). She will probably be texting you about how lame it is, she’ll tell you how she wishes you were there, how there are these weird loser guys hitting on her and she’s not interested in them, and she’ll probably leave after 30 minutes because of how boring it was. That’s what she will do if she’s really into you and sees you as her first priority.
