Affirmations are statements that weasel their way into your subconsious. This is actually a form of brainwashing. You can have negative or positive affirmations. This is actually how we learn things like math, sports, etc. We beat them into our selfconsious. It is hard to absorb them if we just do them for a few minutes in a concentrated stretch. I was thinking, "How the fuck can I make this work so I stop thinking about my ex and how can I make myself believe certain things so I can get over my ex and start being happy again." (I really really really fucking loved that girl and still do for some fucking retarded irrational reason that I am unaware of.)

THE NEW IDEA/s

On my phone I am able to set alarms on my calendar program. I can set it to remind me every day. I can set it for any time I want. So when the alarm goes off it shows a message like, "Take your medicine" or "masturbate now" or "take out the dead bodies before grandma gets home". So what I am going to do is set my alarm to say a few things. For me I am trying to get over my ex. Some ideas... add some if you think of any good ones.

  • She isn't good enough for you
  • She is bad for you
  • You are fucking awesome
  • You are my best friend (I should be my best friend mother fucker!!!)
  • Smile, because it kicks ass
  • Women love you
  • Women want you to talk to them
  • People want to be your friend
  • People want you to talk to them
  • You are a confident badass
  • She isn't important to you
  • She has no effect on your decisions
  • She has no effect on how you feel

Something else that would be pretty fucking sweet is if someone could build an affirmations app that would be easier to use than a calendar program. I'm going to ask the PUA Tracker guy to add that. That would be a sweet addition. It could text you, text a friend, or email you on a predetermined timer and you can set the frequency and list of shit to have sent. Fuck yea that would be badass. I would fucking pay for that shit.

The thing is when I am happy, women love being around me. Like a lot. When I am sad, they don't want to be around me at all. I understand that. People do want to be my friend when I am happy and adding value and not sucking it out of the air they are breathing with my sadness. So the thing is... I am reminding myself that when I am at my best, great things fucking happen.

I just remembered... breakup heartache isn't logical or even very emotional. It is withdrawal from a chemical substance. That chemical substance is tied to memories. Like shit tons of memories. So every memory that is burst releases that pain and ache for that chemical that was generated by that special loved one. Son of a bitch I wish I remembered this shit weeks and months ago. Time to write an article.

EDIT: I wrote the other article. READ IT!!!
