What does she mean by "Alpha male"? Because that term is now used for so many things that it has almost lost its meaning. When women say they want an "alpha male" they might mean someone that has a lot of confidence and success. Someone that is a leader. So maybe you need to work on your confidence and success, or become some type of leader, to be perceived more as an alpha male. But without asking her we don't know what she meant.

You can't become an "alpha male" jsut like that in a couple of days to fit into her preferences. You either are it or if you are not and want to become one that takes a lot of work and time, possibly years of constant improvement and tasks to reach that point. So while you can become an alpha male, you will not be able to do it on time for this girl because that's like saying "she wants a doctor" and you want to become a doctor as a result. Like sure you can do it, but being a doctor requires years of studying and practice. It doesn't happen overnight, same goes for "being alpha".

Anyone who tells you there’s no such thing is clearly not an alpha male lol. Nothing wrong with being a leader and having supreme confidence in yourself. Being alpha also doesn’t mean you degrade people or women. That would actually create a negative effect on your leadership of those people. Alphas are loved not feared and loathed.
