Blow it up. A friendship in which one person wants to bone the other is not a real friendship. Most likely if shes rejected you, your zoned. Women like male attention, even if its not sexual for them. Hence why you have this weird relationship.

By blowing it up, I mean put all the cards on the table and just speak your mind. Just say....hey....i'm interested in you beyond just friendly flirting. If she rejects you, man up and walk away. You fawning over a girl who does not feel the same won't end well.

ALL GIRLS FLIRT WITH THEIR GUY FRIENDS. It isnt romantic...it doesnt mean we want to be with them...it doesnt mean we want to have sex with them. Flirting is a 'comfort level' and we usually have that with our best guy friend! There are also diff levels of flirting. Thing most girls already know too is that we have at least one sensitive guy friend who typically isnt good socially or with being assertive and getting girls/women...and so we look out for him (always nice to the guy).

Sometimes THAT guy takes it as interest. He starts reading into every little thing we do (she stares at me differently...she smiles at me all the time...we talk about her feelings...she likes all my snaps...she touches my arm a lot...sometimes she kisses my cheek...she always sits with me). Here is the thing though: the fact we are so close to this guy and he isnt assertive or sexual, we start to see him as "one of the girls". We dont look at him like he has a d*ck that he wants to use...and that is because he has fallen into that role OF our friend. So he basically friendzones himself! Sometimes that guy will find the nerves to ask us out, but because we only see him as "one of the girls", the answer is always NO. Now the guy stays our friend, but continues to harbor this romantic desire to be more - what happens then???

Now it is YOUR CHOICE as the guy to make decisions. By keeping the girl close and harboring these feelings, you stay stuck! Your psyche actually blocks other opps with other girls/women...because you keep looking for signs and hoping this girl friend comes around. Dont!! Or you can still be friends but you as a guy have to set boundaries that we (the girl) can follow regarding YOUR feelings. If you can be around us - say that. If you dont wsnt to hang out or have us flirt with you - say that. Again, in our minds you are "one of the girls"...but in your mind, you want to use that d*ck on us!

OP - your friend is just being your friend. She already turned you down. If you choose to try again. Understand that may be the end of your friendship. But you as a guy have to be clear on what you want and need...your feelings matter just as much as hers.
