Anxiety is failure to warm up.

- Next social event ... talk to everyone. Even before getting to the venue/event. Talk to uber driver, door man, cashiers, baristas, your neighbours ... just ask how their day is going.

At the social event. Talk to everyone ... ask them who they are ... put an effort to remember everyones names. Ask who they know.

That way when it is game time ... your anxiety is far less when you approached the first person you talked to compared to the 15th person you talked to.

Next time, write down your biggest fear on a piece of paper... make a list in order of importance, like you mentioned earlier: "she's probably with her family" or "she's with her friends." Now that you have that list, simply go and ask her to see if you're right or not: "Excuse me, are you here with your family?"... She’ll say YES/NO ... but no matter what she says... and you continue "I knew it! I was so sure.... you’re so easy to read, I just look at you and I can tell you're a hairdresser, right? Come on, don't ruin the moment..." Now, she’ll correct you, but it doesn't matter... you're already talking to her.

Now you know what to talk about, but... how you get the guts to do it, well, that's another story.

Approach anxiety is a symptom of subordination. You subordinate to everything and everybody around you. It's an emotion of a subordinate person.

In the nature, person who's subordinate should not have access to resources and women like in the modern day. So you always subconciously checking if people at the top are watching what you do. That if you do go after resources and women, they'll come and fuck you up because you acting out your place.

You need to get rid of that in your life. You cannot get rid of subordination only for specific situations like talking to women. It's should be a whole thing. You get rid of that in your whole life: in relationships with your work/boss/manager/supervisor, parents, friends, strangers. With everything and everybody. Feeling that someone is stronger than you physically and because of that you become subordinate? Well, start MMA training and get rid of that fear, develop a mindset that win or lose but you'll not submit. Someone more powerful than you? Well, you always have a choice to submit or not. In ancient times people chose to die but not submit to anyone. It's always a choice. Have some thoughts about that.

Funny thing is, I witnessed how even micro things can tell you about the person. The guy ordered delivery food. When they knocked on his door the guy started to hurry up as if he about to open the door to the president of his country or it's a fucking mobster came to get his money. I said chill, that guy can wait 30 second, you don't need to be in a such a hurry.

You can point to many such examples in someones life. Get rid of that.

In your examples, you submit to girls and people at the wedding. But thats not the cause. The cause is subordination in your whole life. Fix that everywhere at the same time. Behave like a top dog with friends, strangers, boss etc. If at the wedding: talk to girls in front of their parents, in front of the whole audience. I would even make a point to flirt, show sexual interest in front of everybody. Because that whats your mind tells you to not do "don't show any interest, people from the top are gonna fuck you up, we are not allowed". Fuck that.

You think that you're "working" on your problem when you interact with the girls. No, that's just a tiny part of it. You work on it 24/7 365 days/a year with everybody.
