Some self-limiting beliefs are rooted in reality.

Consider the reasons BEHIND your self-limiting beliefs to test that.

For example, if I was to say, "I'm forever alone and will never have sex unless I pay for it,".. let's look at my reasons. I'm in my 30s, have no career, have no higher education, I'm not independent, I have no social circle. I also have mild autism and severe ADD, which prevents growth in all of the aforementioned areas and makes me an emotional wreck.

Therefore my self-limiting beliefs are reality. There are NO women in existence who would or ever will, want anything to do with me.

But maybe your self-limiting beliefs are false, so don't listen to me, anyway. I'm just a loser who can't do anything about it and I'm bitter as all hell.
