I was walking my dog yesterday and stumbled upon a girl that I see often at night walking her dogs.

Never really talked to her with the exception of the ocasional "hey" and "bye take care".

Solid looking girl, so anyways I started a conversation w her and when we were going to part ways I asked for her number because I wanted to take her out sometime and she said "next time I see you," "I'll think about it".

I'm leaning towards thinking that she doesn't want to be harsh on me by rejecting me but she doesn't even know me so why would she.

Im relatively new to walking up to girls in the street and asking for their numbers so that explains my confusion.
