Avoid "cool". It doesn't actually allow the conversation to progress. Notice you're only asking her questions, and then approving her responses?

'What do you think of this mall?' 'It's good' 'Yeah - I prefer the one downtown . . . it's not as nice, but it's got character. I used to go there as a kid and steal candy. Were you a bad kid as well?'

etc, etc. You're trying to get a flow of conversation, and share both of you, not hide behind the words.

Well first talk about what you want to talk about. I doubt you care about what she thinks of the mall of if she's from around here. Do you? If you pick topics you like, there's a higher chance she'll get interested and want to talk too.

Second. Hold silence and look into her eyes. This often creates pressure, and you might wanna ruin that pressure by talking, but don't. Each time you rush to fill the silence, she learns she can be passive and you'll do all the work. So let her do some talking, by being quiet sometimes.

E.g:

You: 'What do you think of this mall?'

Her: "It's good"

You: ;) (Smiles while looking into her eyes and remaining silent)

...........

Her: "Yeah sometimes I come here to get clothes and makeup, today I was just on my way to visit a friend ..."

You: "Cool ... so what are you visiting your friend for?"

etc.

Then the dynamic switches. Obviously talk sometimes and contribute, but you'll be surprised how much silence can be used to balance the conversation. It should be around 50 / 50 ideally. You talk 50% of the time, listen 50% of the time. And she does the same. that won't happen in reality, but it's a good measure to remember when you're doing 90% of talking.

I think you should start practicing conversations in a non-seductive way. You seem to overthink what you should or shouldn't say next which is hindering your ability to express yourself. When you're trying to fake it till you make it, you're putting more stress on yourself trying to work on every right or wrong thing to say at that moment, after that sentence, etc.

Opening yourself up is crucial when talking to women because when you're comfortable talking to anyone about anything, you'll never have to analyze what to say next. You won't be afraid about the next thing that comes out of your mouth. You'll think about it, but you'll say it comfortably and confidently.
