One of the central tenets of the seduction community is that you should read non-verbal cues to know if you should go for a kiss. Allegedly, it displays confidence and is more "organic" and attractive. Fair enough.
Now I just stumbled upon this article that makes a point to always ask for consent when you want to kiss someone and it seems to make a lot of sense as well.

What are your thoughts on this? I'd be grateful if you could explain your opinion in a more differentiated manner than just "this is wrong".
