I’ve noticed that I tend to hesitate with physical touch, even when a girl is into it. For example, if our hands touch, instead of just letting it happen, I overthink it, pull away, and then second-guess myself. I have ADHD, and I tend to be very in my head, which makes me overanalyze situations instead of just being present in the moment.

Recently, I started wondering—could stretching actually help me rewire my brain to stop hesitating with touch? I have a stretch session coming up, and I’m thinking of using it as a way to train my brain to stop hesitating when it comes to physical contact. Has anyone else tried something like this? Can stretching or other body-awareness exercises actually help with confidence and touch? Would love to hear thoughts.
