So when asking a girl out on a coffee date. Should the location be somewhere nice and casual like down the road (assuming it's a nice place) or should it be somewhere completely new but may require some travel?

Somewhere completely new would create a feeling of adventure I assume?

Are coffee dates supposed to be casual and therfore somewhere down the road be better? Or have I some how retardedly made that theory up in my mind?
