It's something I've noticed time and time again. I'm talking about the moments when you're at a mall for instance or a store and notice a chick eyeing you and not making a move.

This happened to me last week. I walked into a convenience store late one night during a bar night with my friends. I was clearly the best dressed in my group and looking sexy as fuck. As I was walking through the store, I noticed an attractive blonde giving me the eyes. I just shrugged it off and continued on with my friends.

Another moment. I was catching up with an old friend at a restaurant. A cute brunette chick across our table kept turning her head to look at me all night. At one point, I caught her staring and we shared some eye-contact before she eventually turned.

It feels rude to ditch your friends for a chick but that could just be me rationalizing AA. So if you're out at a mall/street with your friend(s) and you notice a chick giving you looks, do you approach or do you ignore too?
