Both are great man imo, Dallas is more diverse if your preference is different races and Atlanta has an abundance of black women if that’s strictly your preference, it’s also diverse but not like Dallas.

I listen to AMS sometimes who has said he exclusively dates AA women. Though he lives in NYC he has a lot of positive things about Atlanta - saying that the F:M ratio is really good for guys.

You’re a little young so it will be hit or miss. I’ve worked in both (consulting) and many of the girls your age are are dating men 5 years or more older than you.

However I read that in Atlanta the female to male population is 9:1 so that could work in your favor.

What’s your stats? Height, income, profession, own place, own car, number of roommates, ex wife, or kids?

I live in Atlanta and the F:M ratio is insane. You can literally meet a new girl without trying atleast once every 2 week. (I really can say once a week). Atlanta has a lot of people that look like they have money but they don’t. If you are actually somewhat accomplished and continuing a upward spiral you will easily do well here. Also I saw some speak on status part of Atlanta it’s easy to join the more high class parts of Atlanta.

OP, I am in the same situation too. Dark skinned brown indian male in Atlanta. As far as I can tell, it does not seem as diverse (atleast where I am) - but regardless, it has been brutal for me. Zero matches on any app - I think though you will do much better than me! You are younger too. I ain't 6' or above attractive looking male lol, just average.

I read somewhere here about Atlanta where it can tough for non-white males in dating, girls aren't as susceptible to approach. I am personally open to moving out of Atlanta to another city (maybe to a more liberal city or north) if I get a better job.
