Context : looking for hookups/casual sex in clubs, approaching on the dance floors

I usually begin interactions with the girls when I get their eye contact and can give them a spin or dance with them.

The problem is I often encounter clubs where girls and people in general do not notice or interact with their surroundings, and I can't really warm approach girls in such a natural way. This gets me quite anxiety to make a move as I'm worried to be considered too pushy especially is everyone on the dance floor can see me.

How would you do your approach in this context ? Do go in and tap/touch their shoulder to get them to notice you and ask to dance or something similar ? Isn't it consider too pushy to do that ? I've asked this before here, but didn't really get clear answers, and I haven't got success the few times I tried something like this. Do you have some advice to counter the anxiety of being judged ?
