It can be like every other week or you can tweak your game slightly to take advantage of it.

Try to create more fate-like scenarios like pretending to run after her because you thought she dropped something or opening her by acting like you thought she was someone you knew or...this is the best one but hardest to pull off, actually making her think you guys already know each other. The way you do that is by spotting her from a distance, getting eye contact and giving her a "don't I know you?" look. If you do it right she'll start to wonder where you two met before and you can go over and open with "Hi!" like you're seeing an old friend. Don't say much until she says something like, "Where did we meet again?" then reply with, "You know, that's exactly what I'm trying to figure out."

After that you just gotta make sure you run tight game and she'll think that it was fate that you met and so close to Valentines day too.

No matter what people say and no matter how much times have supposedly changed, girls are still suckers for love stories and romantic shit and Valentines is the best time to take advantage of that. Girls are extra superstitious about finding a soulmate or something being fate during this time.

For years I take advantage of Feb. 14th.

Anywhere you go that evening, a bar, a store, the library.. wherever, you can be reasonably sure that any woman you see there alone is either single or has a shitty boyfriend!
