Whatever state you’re in, align with it. Don’t fight it.

If your energy is low, be calm and chill. If your energy is high, go ahead and be excitable and intense. If you’re not feeling playful, lean into sincerity and depth. If you’re not feeling deep, keep it light and fun.

The thing that really ruins a vibe is usually not your energy, but a mismatch between your energy and your genuine headspace. Even a nervous and frantic energy - the least seductive headspace a man can be in - is better paired with genuine alignment than it would be with any other state.

I remember once feeling hyper and anxious at the start of a date, so I said “I’m a little nervous. Were you nervous to meet me?”

She said “no” and I said “that’s hot”. She laughed, and I jokingly asked her for dating tips and then immediately applied her advice right back at her, which got her laughing more. Turned into a fun date.

The point is - if I had pretended to be chill and cool while I was feeling so frantic, there would have been a misalignment and I doubt it would have gone so well. Congruence is key.

Depends on why your vibe is bad.

Is it because you're tired because you did not get enough sleep? Did you eat too much and feel bloated? Are you hungover from drinking the day before?

Is it nervousness / trying to impress her that makes you seem needy?

Or are you self-sabotaging your success because you're afraid of something (like messing up during sex) or not really into the woman?

On dates, focus on amusing yourself. Stop worrying about making sure she has a good time and just worry about you having a good time.

So for example, if a girl asks me a boring question, i’ll say “thats too boring, what i wanna know is how’d u get so sexy?”

Why?

Because it’s more fun for me to talk about what i wanna talk about. And the right girl will see how much fun i’m having and she’ll end up having fun too. Women feed off your energy.

Let’s say she got upset at my response and caused a scene. Guess what? She’s not the one for me, because the right girl will have as much fun as I’m having. All good. On to the next.

Your body and mind are connected in a way.

It doesn't matter what mental state your in, your body will align to it with bodylanguage.

It also works the other way around. Whenever you feel bad put your chest out, chin up. You'll feel a change and it will take less then 2 minutes for you mind to align with your body. At first it will feel a little strange but if you know this and use this trick, you'll be able to control your state anytime anywhere.

Warm up first.

It’s very important that before you approach a stranger girl (cold approach) or go out with her, that she’s not one of the first people you interact that day.

I see guys stay in the house all day long to prepare for his date in the evening. Then he’s surprised why things look bland. Yea because he doesn’t warm up and calibrate. He hasn’t talked to people prior to that point. Conversations are similar to sports you gotta warm up. By the time you talk to her you’re already talkative and giving radiant vibe.

Vibes happen when they're not artificial. Just be natural and don't force certain stuff. Learn to read your lady as well. What ticks her off or makes her open up. A lot goes into this.
