Dealing with older girls?

When I was 15 I had a 23 yo gf for two years. Since then all my exgf were at least 5 years older than me, right now Im almost 21 and I bang a 25 yo Ukrainian. My point is, all of them will say that you are too young before date you. You have to be confident and convince them to give you a chance before say that you are too young before know you. I guess its been easier for me to get older women because Im tall and look like around 3 years older. If you get in a long term relationship they will look at you as an candidate to marry them, but before that, they will look at you as an adventure, thats the best part

Since my 19, I've always dated women 8+ older than me, here is what works:

Decisiveness - make your decisions and stick to them, speak clearly, don't oversell or overstate anything- but ensure you're well understood
Calmness - don't ever react to a situation immediately, take your time, appear relaxed regardless of how you feel inside
Confidence - Say and do everything like you know it- regarless if you're wrong or not
Conversation do's - politics, news, philosophy, science, religion, good movies & television
Conversation don'ts - Age references, Pop culture in general- know it- but avoid discussions- you should be above this.
Humility - say and know you don't know anything - the older you get the more you know that you know nothing (i'm 41 and know less than when i was 20)
Share - Don't be scared to say how you feel, but be sure to explain yourself properly- say it to yourself first before saying it to her; Don't hide, be open! This might scare yonger women, but older women appreciate it.
Your role - being yonger, you should focus a lot on pleasureable activies, food, drink, pot, sex...
Commanding - I generally speak in commands (dunno why).. and it helps- they often say they hate it, but it gets them going at the same time.. go figure! Do this with some humor and humility and you won't come across as a dick
Be Yourself - Don't hide, show who you truely are!
Handling age - Don't make her feel like the older woman, make her feel like your woman and her age is irellevant
Sex - Make it known that you want her (a lot).. and instigate it when ever you want- it makes her feel youthful and desired!
Younger women (her rivals) - just say they're all over the place and act like kids who don't know what they want and how to do anything (which is usually the case)- you are attracted to women and not into little girls!

Present yourself with an air of maturity. If you already look the part then you just have to act it. Don't come off as another teenager. Body language and how you speak are key in that.

That's not much older. Ever since I was in my 20s (I'm 32 now), I've been having fun with women much older than me. 40-65.

Tell her your age after she realizes that she's falling in love with you. Until then, tease her -- alternately for robbing the cradle, and also for falling in love with someone who's as ruggedly mature as yourself. A little bit of confusion combined with withholding truly private information (your age is none of any stranger's business, anyway, cute or otherwise) can make her chase you, particularly if she likes you already. Most guys give it all away too soon in a desperate bid for her approval. Be the one guy who doesn't do that, and she'll be immediately intrigued ("intrigued" being the Girl Code word for "sexually attracted because of what you're doing to her mind").

She's trying to use age as a social control tactic to disqualify you, so play with it. There's no harm in using game to disarm meaningless herd-mentality objections like "you're exactly four years and three hundred, sixty-four days younger than me, so I can't be your girlfriend". Women take older boyfriends without the slightest hesitation. See her objection as an opportunity to not take her so seriously and show her that her you don't have to be so damn earnest all the time.

Make her want you enough to forget to care about what the rest of the herd thinks.

Note that the side-effect of this approach is that she may start to act like a sexually frustrated, horny guy who isn't getting what he wants. And you definitely don't want a woman to want you any more than the absolute minimum possible, right?

(Hint: the correct answer is: sexually frustrating her is a good thing; over time, you'll learn when to give her what she wants and when to hold it back. Different women have different thresholds for ambiguity and playful confusion. The smarter she is, the more willing she'll be to play -- as long as she trusts you to be honest in the end.)

I have the same problem. Girls in their 20's are more direct and easier to pick up (and HOT!). My problems is when it comes to out to bars and stuff. They always invite me to go out to the bar with them and stuff, then I reveal my age and they get disappointed and lose some interest :(

Just be mature an get your life together. Don't decorate your place with dumb beer posters and design an create excellent fine cuisines for them in your kitchen.

I'm far older than you so any girls in their 20s seem young and immature compared to my level anyway. I guess they like Justin Berber.

The minute the girl finds out she is older than you is the minute she will lose interest and think she's not good enough at attracting older men and will feel completely valueless. Remember, girls feel first, logic later. Therefore, don't tell her your age lol.
