Don't listen to any of those generalised statements here like don't hit on girls at the gym/work/whatever. All depends on the situation.

If you feel like she's giving you signals, go talk to her. If you're wrong she'll let you know. Nothing creepy about it unless you make it that way.

Obviously it may be some flirting, it is both subtle and exposive, and girls love such ambiguity. But it definitely does not mean that some random guy can just approach and hit on her if he likes. You need to be smart with your game regardless of your intuition and IOIs.

Women do this everywhere all the time if u are paying attention, sometimes without even realizing it. Yes, it is to get attention from men, however it is not nessecarilly to show interest. Girls will take free attention from anyone wherever they can get it, but she is only actually going to be interested in her ideal man, a.k.a. chad. The only way to actually know if she is interested is to talk, I would wait until u cross paths outside or something. I would usually call the girl out on any green lights she may have shown in a non serious manner and prize myself to see how she responds. "You know, there was never a need to stick your glutes in the air, you simply could have asked me out with your words."

Women do this constantly at the gym to get looks. You have to understand the point of going to the gym (for the majority of hot girls) is to keep the view count up. If she can get you to stare at her a few times during her workout, it’s a big self esteem boost for her. Doesn’t mean she wants fuck all to do with you.

Eye contact is a different story. If she is making eye contact with you more than briefly, that’s a clear sign. Typically the guys she doesn’t want to fuck shell direct their eyes to her body. The guys she does want to fuck , shell direct their eyes to her eyes.

The only option I have left to meet girls after moving to my hometown because of the the whole WFH scenario is gym. So, I do go and talk to girls in the gym. Some of them are married and they are now my friends for friends sake. You never know unless you talk to them.

Well it definitely sounds like she knew what she was doing. I think you should ask her out. Don't do it inside the gym maybe catch her in the parking lot on the way in or on the way out. But there's no way she could not have known what she was doing.
