Even as a guy I can tell you, sex with a person you actually like, trust and respect is much better than with a random hook up partner. So dress how you want and play the field. Try going out dressing provocatively sometimes and other times dressing modesty and analyze how the world treats you and pick and choose which aesthetic you prefer. First of all. What do you want? 1. Serious Relationship 2. Casual Relationship.

If option 1: Be yourself. Dont try to act or dress different to what you normaly do and try to be friendly, relaxed and try to look at them in the eyes for a moment. Play with your hair while looking at them and just be around female friends (no guys in your table or space)

If option 2: Approach and touch the shoulder of the guy you like, try to start a concersation with him or dress to attract everyone attention. Dont be afraid to make the first move.

If you want to just hook up then dress slutty.. if you want a boyfriend that respects you then I would say dressing slutty isn't the answer. Nothing wrong with dressing that way sometimes but I just mean you may draw the wrong attention and not what you're looking for. Try being friendlier and strike up conversation with people you find attractive. Not every dude is going to have the confidence to just waltz right up and ask you out but if you have sparked up conversation in a class or whatever then you may get one to ask you out.

It seems you don't really know what you want. Do you wan't a proper boyfriend? Then you should stay modest. Slutty will attract thirsty simps and chads mostly. Identify what your values are to a man other than your youth and good looks. Sell those. Are you a great cook? Can you hold a conversation? Are you passionate about interesting hobbies (no, posting photos on ig is not a hobby). Are you amazing in bed? Why should I want to lock you down? You are in your prime at 23-24. Use your prime to find a good guy and lock him down. That is your best chance at a happy lifelong relationship.

If you want attention just for the sake of getting attention you’re probably better off going to therapy, that’s not a very healthy thing.

It also seems like you’re not sure what you want, which makes sense since you’ve not had a boyfriend or had sex like you mentioned. So my advice would be to try both things, you’re young so you have time to do that.
