Attractiveness helps you to be seen as attractive, yes. No one would doubt that. But attractiveness does not determine how you come across socially.

if any old guy that she doesn’t necessarily think is attractive walks up to her and says something bold, she will probably think it’s weird or creepy.

If he has a good vibe and social intelligence she will find it funny, but still be not attracted. But she will not find it weird or creepy.

However, if she thinks you’re attractive, will being bold not be creepy but actually something she wants you to say?

If your vibe and social intelligence is bad, no attractiveness will help you, you will still be seen as creepy/weird.

Someone being attracted to you will always have a warmer response than someone who is not attracted to you.

Whether it will work or not is subjective to your target. I personally have a 'flee' instinct when someone comes on boldly without establishing trust first, even if I find them physically attractive.

However when rapport is made, I welcome boldness and accelerate it.

Ok, you just confused me. Shouldn't the girls who are interested in you(because they think you're attractive) be easier to pull? But, it seems your overthinking this side of things too. Listen, the fact that you asked the question about being bold tells me that you're not a bold individual so that is something you have to fix within yourself. You have to become bold in your everyday life not just with women. Anyways, I think there is something that is unclear to you and I will help clear this up.

Now as we men know a women's looks and a women's body attract us to them. But for women its a slight difference because they are attracted by what they hear which is why talking to a woman is essential(for her especially) before hooking up because if women and men were both attracted by looks trust me the world would be a different place. Anyways, back on topic... as a man you need to understand the power of your voice(mouthpiece) because that is what draws a woman in, that is what makes her feel that energy from you, that is what has the ability to turn her on and it can create the same effect on her as a woman's beauty would have on a thirsty male.

I'm not gonna get to deep into this so all I will say is to stop worrying about what to say. As long as you have some base in your voice, you can slow your words down, and articulate your words you can literally talk about anything(and your voice will attract her to you). Now there are certain times when your words do matter more than others but when it comes to simple comfort building it really doesn't matter.
