A girl doing one thing could mean she is interested while another girl doing the exact same thing could mean she is not interested.

so you just have to make moves and just accept whatever outcome whether it’s good or bad.

It's pretty clear she has spent some time talking to you, which is certainly at least some level of interest. She is right that you two are only classmates if that's always the context you interact. It's up to you at this point if you want to pursue changing that, and none of us are going to be able to give you a definite future outlook.

There’s definitely appears to be some level of interest from her going off by what you’re saying. I’d advise you to pursue her and build a rapport before eventually taking her out

I think she’s interested, but maybe she feels unsure about herself. I get the vibe that she either is not looking for a relationship or is socially awkward/insecure. You could always see if she wants to hang out outside of class in a friendly way, and if she goes, try to speak to her in person about dating/feelings.
