She doesn't want him in this moment for whatever reason, but things can be different another time. She is not a needy man. Just because she does not make him first priority after one date, does not mean she would not meet up with him at a later date and give him a chance.

Exactly
Us Men can’t fathom not being a girls priority after 1 date, soon as I started dating multiple girls I understood how you might like a girl but you can’t fit her in,

that's irrelevant
she's isn't reciprocating in the texts, which means you move on

You can move on. But than you are wasting a lead, that still holds some potential. Trying to meet up with her one more time at a later date, does not cost you much time or energy. So doing it is only a win.

she already showed him that she's not interested
i'm confused what you are talking about

I would ask directly "When are you free?" rather than saying "let me know".
But yeah, if she didn't suggest a different time to begin with, it's a sign that it's probably not gonna work out. So be prepared to move on.

A woman saying “I’m busy the whole weekend” means “you are not my priority, and i’m just gonna be watching some tiktok, and some netflix series”
It’s pointless to say “let me know when you are free” because girls do not typically take the initiative specially if they give you that kind of excuse, and because she doesn’t need to be reminded that you are interested she can reach out if she has free time without the need of you telling her.
So move on

You can't expect a woman to be super hooked after one date. Give her a little bit more time. You also can't expect the dating process to be totally stream line.
Don't emotionally invest, but try again at a later time, after focusing on other stuff and other people.
in this phase of getting to know her, you have to lead the whole thing. Propose another idea for meeting up after some time has passed. If she meets up again with you, you two have another fresh chance.

Back off for about a week of no contact then ask her out once more.

Then you start begging and be needy till she changes her mind
i call her out on the bullshit
"are you interested to meet up again or is this 100% done?"
if i get any answer that isn't a positive one, i delete the number and move on
She might be busy… but you sound really pushy for her to respond like that.
The second date text should be something like “hit me up when you want to hang out again :)”
Whatever you were doing sounds like your backing girls into a corner

Fuck it

I don't bother sending a text, at all. If she wants, she would just call back.
Try to not drunk text. After like three months of no call or anything, I delete the number.

Subtext is didn't like you enough for second date. Move on and try again

Most of the time, she just doesn't want to get into unpleasant turn-down conversation, making pitiful excuses is easier.
Sometimes her attention may really be fixed on something else, or her feelings are unclear, but it's not something that you can change by pressing anyway.
