Unless in theory, higher testosterone brings a behavioural edge that is desirable in society (and to women as an extension) ? More 'aggression' may translate to higher competitiveness, more boldness, feelings of vitality, risk taking and so on. There are of course also behavioural negatives associated with much higher than average T, so it depends on how well the hypothetical individual can master his behavior to his advantage.
I have zero evidence for the above, just entertaining the hypothetical proposed.
Ultimately, what is best depends on what a person values in life. Sex is great, but there are many other very important and noble conquests in life, some taking a lifetime to achieve.

It's not just theory. Testosterone makes men want to get up and do shit. it makes us more assertive and aggressive. It allows us to perform better in everything physical. 100% I would rather have hight T than low T it's not even a question

Indeed - Low testosterone is known to cause anxiety, depression and lethargy in men. Also, obesity and low muscle tone.
Out of curiosity, I did a quick search regarding the mental health of Eunuchs and briefly read that psychological complications including depression and suicidal tendencies are common (despite having longer lifespans than regular males). Reasons could be varied but hormones certainly play a part.
On the flip side, I researched the consequences of testosterone that is "too" high. Symptoms were enlarged prostate, acne, chest pain, sleep apnea and insomnia, mood swings, high LDL cholesterol, high risk of heart attacks, strokes and blood clots, and surprisingly - low sperm count. To maintain homeostasis, the body may inhibit testosterone production which is why some anabolic steroid users end up with breasts and shrunken testicles.
So in essence, the 'higher side of average' T is probably the best place to be for optimal health and mental performance

Gyno (development of breasts) is due to sensitivity to estrogen. Some testosterone is converted to estrogen inside the body but you can block this process with other drugs. Some people won't get gyno due to their genetics. I'm not susceptible to gyno even at 600mg a week.

Desiring a long life, as an end of itself, without accomplishment or achievement, is ghey af.
In reality, higher testosterone leads to a host of positive effects, from being more truthful to relying less on social consensus in forming an opinion.
OP is guaranteed low T.

I'm just happy I get to be me
It's not a magic pill for getting women for me, but I've lost a lot of fat, I'm less anxious and I have the sex drive I had in my 20s back.
