Everybody says that the way to attract girls is to have a relaxed ballsy attitude like you don't care what happens and are just openly pursue your interests without shame.

However one thing most people dont emphasize enough is the usually the first step in not giving a fuck is actually giving a fuck but doing it anyway. If you dont want to be nervous about it, accept that you ARE going to look nervous but DO IT ANYWAY. Its like how when you are making pancakes and the first one always comes out looking messed up. Consider it a sacrifice necessary to summon your best self. Like the law of equivalent exchange: you will become as confident directly proportional to the amount you are willing to let yourself be unconfident. Embrace the awkward nerves. One day you'll look back fondly and maybe even miss how excited you were when you first started hitting on girls at bars.

Don’t go in with expectations, walk into the bar confidently order a drink scan the room for lurking eyes or choosing signals. Walk over and approach, some in the sense of ”Hey I saw you looking at me, thought I would come over and say Hi what’s your name“ and don’t say that for verbatim. Say it in a way you would say it confidently in your own words.

He also talks about girls body language that want to be approached, also walk slowly through the bar. Another tip of mine is to give her space at the bar, don't be scared to work the room talking to different girls, this is mystery method 101, go back to the girl you're most interested and try and touch her the right way till she's ready to make out. If you're having trouble with the loud music grab her hand and go outside to have a quiet talk. When I'm talking just try and get to know her ask questions comment on her answers make some jokes have a good time, if you're at the bar and you're not having fun then that will turn girls off, being fun and happy well attract more attention.

If you’ve never hit on a girl, then essentially you are practicing opening. Or opening until you get the conversation to hook.

Try to make it fun, don’t get in your head about it. Remember, you will probably need to do most of the talking for the first min or two. So focus on that. Just try and get into a good vibe and let it free flow. Go into one after another. Don’t just do one or two approaches.
