Fix your low self esteem through things you can control without something as dramatic as surgery first. You sound like you’re depressed. Workout, eat right, take care of your looks (haircut, dress better, smell nice, clear skin, general hygiene) make more money, work on your social skills, learn how to spit game to women, and get therapy/ medication for your depression. And for the record most guys aren’t having as much sex as you think they are. And stop watching porn. If you do all these things if you’re ugly as fuck you can level up at least a little bit. Then consider getting surgery.

17 is the average age in the US. Average means that 50% of people lose it after 17. Do you really believe 50% of people are not normal?

I can't evaluate whether your surgery is really necessary without seeing you. But maybe psychotherapy would be a better investment. Also, a good dating strategy can get average or below average people sexual/romantic partners. It will take more effort compared to more attractive people but still work. Trust me.

Also, "attractive" is more than just facial structure. Even if you get the perfect jawline, you're still going to be judged on your style, physique, posture, etc and your ability to approach women, hold a conversation, flirt, and escalate kino.

How are you doing on those topics? If they need work, the sooner you start working on them, the better.

There is a difference between attractive and good looking. Not gonna lie physical looks do matter, but not in the way you might think. You set a lot of arbitrary milestones with this post, but the only person those benchmarks matter to is you. The consistent failure you describe in relation to them is why you are not attractive. You are sabotaging your self esteem by focusing on the things you haven’t achieved, but it’s focusing on successes that builds your self confidence. If surgery helps with that then go for it. But be careful that it doesn’t wind up being another failed benchmark by your standards. Good luck.

I'm attractive but I'm single. It doesn't really work that way. I'm attractive I know, girls also know it but I chose to stay single. Most guys just usually just don't realise that they're actually attractive and they afraid of being judged like you're so cocky so they rather hide that. Or they're attractive, they got some positive feedback but they just simply don't know how to communicate with girl so they're trying but they always stuck in a friend zone
