Poke your head in whenever you pass her office/desk/cube and chit chat for a moment.
Develop some inside jokes.
Comment on her new shoes, or outfit, or anything that can be safely non-sexual.
Ask about her weekend plans on Fridays.
Invite her to join you for lunch from time to time.
Occasionally, if you slip out to purchase a candy bar or bag of chips or whatever, grab two, and be holding them when you next see her. Casually something like "I don't know why I felt the need to get two. Would you like one?"
Learn how she likes her coffee, and if you grab one for yourself get one for her too.
If she seems a bit more dressed up than normal, has on a particularly flattering outfit, or is wearing makeup more obviously than usual, drop a comment like "oh, I see you came particularly dolled up today, is this when you try to get me to do that task you know I'm going to hate?"
If she compliments you, say something like "careful! wouldn't want your husband to find out about us!" or something suggestive like that.

This is dangerous, but do what you will.

I'd say you don't really have to do anything further. If she already likes you, she's already going to do extra favours for you and treat you as special. You just have to keep being you, and she's the one who will engage in the unprofessional and unethical favouritism. And then you can be innocent of the whole matter if it is discovered, because you didn't really do anything.
