You need to be a bit more precise about your location. The answer always depend on the location. for my location (Austria) the answer would be. For White girls. Just go anywhere. For Latin Girls I have no clue. I do not think there are many of them in Austria. But I assume you live in the States. It should be easier to find lots of Latin Girls.But it depends on the state I think. Have not been to America yet (will go later this years) so my post is just an educated guess.

If you want a real Latina, learn Spanish and get immersed in the culture. American latinas (talking about 2nd generational + latinas) aren’t real latinas(cultural wise). But if interested in nothing else but a fling, go for whichever. Which I think is what you are looking for
