This requires deep self work. You need to be completely confident in who you are, what you respect and what you deem cool or uncool.
One quick tip: I like to have a few catch phrases I use every now and then. These are words that people very rarely use. So when I use them, they come in authentic, the next time they hear these words they will think of me.
About the validation part. The first thing that I mentioned. After you completely know yourself anything you say will be powerful, she will know it's the real you. Don't compliment if you don't truly feel like it, don't ask questions you don't care about.

??? I don’t fully understand what you’re saying. I mean just validate what you think is unique and what you actually like. I only do compliments when it’s something that I really really like, so that the other person knows what I like and how much I like it.

By letting them know they’re gorgeous and you’d love to spend time with them. But if not, that’s ok too. It’s no big loss. But

Not that difficult. When you notice it, let her know in a spontaneous way the qualities or things that you genuinely like about her. That is some sort of validation in my opinion.

Get a copy of Models by Mark Manson, it will tell you all you need to know about attracting women honestly and authentically.

Never validate a woman.

I would keep validation in your back pocket until it's earned. You don't actually need to tell a woman she's beautiful to get a date with her.
Plus, they have heard it a thousand times. What they don't see often is a man they have to impress.

Simple: only validate things you honestly like and approve of. Want some real advice? Get your values and beliefs in line and never falter with your boundaries and expectations. You won’t have to play games and you’ll be more authentic which will be far more attractive and easier than working some pointless and inorganic strategy for when to validate what while trying to appear authentic. Be authentic and fuck the consequences. That’s how real men act and it’s what real women find attractive.
