Dress nice, be confident in doing what you are doing, do what you want, act how you want, own your space. Have fun and meet some new people. Going solo is a huge opportunity. I do it all the time and have a lot of success. Just don't single yourself out or hold yourself back from the interactions you intend to put out there. Be confident, don't worry about what other people think of you and good luck! Have a great time!

Strike up a conversation with people in line. Very easy way to make friends. People are nicer than you think and will even let you join their group. Also, recommend a drink that you really like, and mention that it’ll get you fucked up fast and cheap (I usually go with the Long Island)

Strike conversations with literally anyone except other creeper dudes prowling that place. Talk to a couple that's there. Talk to the old people. Talk to the staff. Talk to the people that are clearly not giving off an agenda vibe. Have fun and make friends. Get a little rowdy. Throw down some controversial opinions. Don't be afraid to annoy the hermits that are anti social. Ask questions unapologetically. You are the main character in your story.

If you genuinely seem to be having fun, someone will approach you.
