You need to set definite dates. Saying “let’s plan for Thursday” without a time and place booked is setting yourself up to get stood up or cancelled on.

I would say something like “excited to see you tmr”. So then you can start talking and it doesn’t kill the momentum you have going on. Once that momentum is dead it will never come back.

Speaking as a woman, I can pretty much guarantee she is waiting for you to message her - you asked her out for Thursday, so she is expecting you to get in touch to confirm plans. Often we don’t want to come across as needy or clingy, especially if you’ve already told her you’re really busy this week. Just message her saying you’re looking forward to seeing her and suggest meeting at X place at Y time. Job done. Enjoy your date!

You are entitled to do this because you already slept with her.. so you've built a bit of a foundation. However, once she replies, and gives you her casual answer of 'its going okay', you should then DHV with a cool story of something that happened to you this week or something interesting you are doing.. etc..

to at least confirm a time for Thursday night saying something along the lines of, "Hey hope you've been doing good. I want to see you tomorrow night before I leave for my trip. Are you good to meet at xx time?"

Confirmation is good and necessary, but I would just ask whether time X or time Y is better.. you already established you will see her Thursday so I wouldn't ask again with 'I want to see you tomorrow night'.. Assume you are still on and just discuss logistics..

Finally, you told her that you are extremely busy so she is probably respecting that by not bothering you too much...
