I would recommend going up to the door. But thats kind of a old school thing to do. She might find it weird because its not common for teenagers to do that anymore. It will set you apart though, most teenage guys wont do that.

All depends on what the girl prefers. Does she want you to meet her parents yet or does she still want to keep it private?

I personally always preferred to wait at least a month or two before introducing the guy so texting “here” or even calling would’ve been my preference. But like I said, depends on the girl. It’d be best if you ask her beforehand what she wants like another comment here has suggested. It also shows that you respect her wishes and care about her opinion.
