Eh, maybe you need therapy, but what you need more is to have sex with a human woman.

My recommendation for this is to go straight to the source, find the best information about meeting, attracting and fucking women that you can find. For my money (I have spent a ton of it in this area), you get this info from the top tier pickup artistry instructors.

There are men who have dedicated their entire adult lives to figuring out how to explain to you the mechanics of meeting and then fucking women you don't already know. This is what you need.

The two best in the world are guys named Todd V and James Marshall. Check out both of them on YouTube and see who you vibe with more. Then go start applying what they recommend. If you live in a big enough urban area, you should be able to begin getting results immediately. As in, you can go out tomorrow, talk to a bunch of women, and very possibly get their phone numbers / go on dates with them.

The best way to fix this problem is the hard way - cold approach. Do app dating on the side if you want, but understand that it's a rigged game at this point. They're built on algorithms designed to make you feel unfuckable, so you pay for premium services. Hard to get results, especially fast results. Not impossible, but very frustrating. Your time and energy are better spent cold approaching.
