Well I’ll need more info about you and her and what you both like.

You could maybe respond with a yes and say “yeah I did. You make the best sandwiches ever, and I guess your conversation is okay too”

You could also say “yeah but probably not as much as you miss me. Can’t blame you tho I’m kinda awesome”

You could also say “no not really, but I have been thinking about your dog a lot he’s so cute. You think I can have him?” There are multiple ways this can go.

It really depends on your character though. Be confident and if she doesn’t like the reply so what, but just don’t go overboard.

I'll tell something that would work for me. But it may not work for somebody else due to having a completely different character. It also varies from girl to girl . So be careful and only use the answers below for ideas instead of copying them:

What does your gut tell you? Really, her asking you is her way of telling you she needs more attention and wants you to tell her without her having to ask. It sounds like, since you say you usually come on too strong, that you may both have the same emotional needs. If you are not yourself now, how can you be sure she will like you when you start being yourself later? Its best to be yourself and let it all work itself out, wasting no time on anyone who doesn’t appreciate you for you. And vice versa. There are plenty of ways to keep excitement in the relationship without having to bring in the drama of not being yourself. That just causes confusion and pain later on.

Very interesting I had the same question with my scenario, the response requires more context. I will share mine and look for feedback

So I have a age gap with a few on my scenarios.

We both agreed we just want to hang and not get into anything serious since we both left bad relationships. So we dont talk every day and when we try to hangout her schedule is crazy since shes a bartender. If she cancels our meetup she will explain why and send me screen shots of conversations I guess to make me believe shes trying. Sometimes when talking she ask me out the blue - do you miss me - ??

I'm like hmm why is she asking this ? Is she just looking for validation she ask me and I told her yes the first time. The second time she asks me I responds with- do you feel like I missed you? She responded yes.

Now a week or so later i asked her if she missed me , she responded, "what do you think". I was a little taking back, was not sure if she was being sarcastic or upset..or what,..moved past it.

I guess I'm at the point where it feels like I'm doing more pushing to see her and spend time than she is. Which I dont wish to do. I noticed if she cancels she always try to reschachudle , if I dm her she always responds eventually. Just Not.right way.

When we do go out the time is fantastic and she does all the girlfriend shit. Touching me lauching..good conversation etc.

I think shes trying to hold the relationship at this level but feelings are starting to come out. The other night I was out and she texted me I didn't respond until I got in..like 5am . She responded with " u got home at 5am, what were you doing ) which I assumed was her female brain thinking the worst.

So to me its mixed signals - given the age diffeeence I think she only sees this going so far. But what she enjoys, travel ,foodie, busines guys her age are not experienced or financially stable to provide those things. So I assume she looks passed the age difference with me, she also knows that I have kids and a ex wife. I assume if she proceeded to still hang with me after knowing these things she is attracted somewhat.

Shes invited me to her place 2x , we always go out to eat which I pay the tab. Bought her 2 gifts I thought about it and said is this a sugar daddy scenario im in ??

But her asking if I missed her , inviting me to her place. She also bought me a small gift once and had sex with me after I told her my history.
