Just introduce yourself and ask her out like others have said. The only difference from any other interaction is that she is older than you, so be ready to respond to her shit tests about age. Have some good witty replies, like "Oh I'm actually 100 years old, I'm a vampire." You want her to think that she can have fun with you and it's no big deal that there's an age gap. But be prepared that she may not be interested at all. Most women prefer older guys

You’re already making your first mistake. You assume you want a relationship with her, but you don’t even know her. Older women want a guy who is grounded and isn’t needy and overeager. Why don’t you start by introducing yourself and having a normal conversation? Based on your comments, it seems like your confidence isn’t there yet. Women are drawn to older guys because they have life experience, maturity, and usually some status. You seem too needy at this point.
