I am gonna make this short and simple. You probably have a type and your type dresses a certain way. For example, you like the type of girl/guy who's always dressing to impress. Usually, they wear really smart, tight clothes. Chances are that you'll probably have a really hard time getting their attention if you're wearing oversized, skater clothes. Makes sense right? It's the same with marketing. You can't make an ad targeting over 65-year-olds with a copy full of slang and a picture of someone in their 20s right? Pretty much the same thing with dating. If your style is not a good fit to the style of your type then it's gonna be harder to get results. Not impossible but why not make sure that as many things as possible are on your side?

Buying clothes that are appealing to the girls that I find attractive has made a huge difference for me that it's almost ridiculous. I tend to get a lot more eyeballs from the girls that I like now which leads to a lot more confidence in the initial approach since I have gotten that extra bit of reassurance.

If you figure out how your type dresses but you have no clue what they will like just hang around a shopping centre for a few hours. You'll usually see a dozen of the girls/guys that you like with their bf/gf or friends. Look at how the people from the opposite gender with them are dressed. This will give you clues. If you pay close attention, you'll usually find that couples and groups of friends are complimenting each other's styles. Very rarely you'll find a smartly dressed guy with a girl wearing leggings and a baggy hoody. Your goal with your style is to find what will compliment your type's style. It's as simple as that but honestly, I've never heard anyone talk about this.
