So you're only going to get a subset of women that are going to be okay with that.

You can screen upfront for more casual (that's what I do). Basically it's not going to happen with the women that tend to be more focused on finding an LTR.

When I pitch the date I say I'm not looking for anything too serious, and that's how I screen.

I used to bring 90% girls I met on online dates back to my place (before I moved back with my rents due to covid RIP). I'd say have the logistics in your favor BEFORE you go on a date. I.e meet at a place few mins away from your house, and during the date SEED the idea of going back to your place. I.e finding a commonality, oh you like tea? we should drink tea together some time. and then towards the end of the date say hey let's go drinks some tea, I live down the street. It's really that easy.

However, I would say. 45 mins is TOO SHORT. I'd def wait at least an hour to hour and half before moving back to your place. you have to build some comfort first.

I think the how part, without a time limit, is you are seen as someone who can fulfill her desires. The 45 minute idea is really meaningless. In order to do that she would need to familiarize herself with your area to remove the uncertainty. Maybe in the convos show pictures of your dog, collection set, or something that will give her a visual of your place. If you are picking the person up say that you forgot something at your house and give her the option wether to wait for you in the car or come inside, if she comes inside she will see your place and will be more comfortable to be back.
