Thank you. I put a lot of thought into it. Just need to put it together a little better I think. Like I said, I have a lot more in my head I'm dying to get out, but this was long enough for the time being.

How tf do you work so many hours man. I am 22 just quit a shit job what would you recommend. Fitness wise I want to get shredded and I know is all diet, but I can't even cook or prepare meals. You sound like an awesome guy dude. Thanks for this info .

Haha! Thanks man. Where I'm at the only work that pays without a college education is the oil field. It's the life blood of my community. I didn't even mention that I drive about 1 1/2 hrs each way. So I'm at 15 hr days including drive time. I've been here for a little over 2 years and it was rough going from 40 hrs a week in town to this. You make the adjustment. Get used to not sleeping more than about 5 or 6 hrs a night (if you're lucky). And social life goes out the door until your week off. But when you see those checks it's kind of worth it. Makes it tough to date. Although it is possible. Just can't really meet new people on your weeks on. So I do a bit of online dating and a lot of texting. It works out.
Edit: as far as food and exercise, I make my food for the day the night before work. Healthy sandwiches and wraps. Lots of fruits and veggies. Breakfast is plain Cheerios with sliced banana and almond milk. I don't eat chips or candy. When I get home I try to get my insanity workout in at least 3 or 4 times a week. It's tough to juggle, but it's possible.
My biggest advice is don't get in debt. This way you won't HAVE to work so much overtime, unless you want to. I probably still would even if I was debt free.

Adding to this for /u/Megustaelgato, If you don't mind eating the same thing 3-4 days in a row, do what I do, bake a ton of chicken sunday night and make chicken sandwhiches throughout the week and eat the chicken with some brown rice and veggies for dinner.
Quick and easy and healthy food stuffs without loads of time commitment prepping.

Regarding debt - this is great advice. You shouldn't ever use credit to buy a car, TV, stereo, etc. Unless you are doing so to build credit, then, you get very short terms and pay it off quickly.
Savings is so important. Same with short/long term disability. Get hurt or hospitalized? Who cares, you have savings & disability checks coming until you are better.
With that said, if you are ready to settle down and have a family, and want to live in the same place for the rest of your life (or the next 20 years), find a house for a great price and buy it with a mortgage. The interest, being well below 5%, is truly less than real inflation, so the bank is actually paying you to loan you the money.
Also, debt is fine if it's for business interests. Purchasing assets that generate you income (capital investments, look this up if you don't know what it is). Financing is necessary to leverage your business to the next level. Don't be so fearful of debt in this aspect.

Good stuff. I would add clean hands and nails to the hygiene section.
And sorry, but my dick will never thank you or anybody else - it's the star if the show and takes all the credit.

Great post. I'd like to add a couple links that go along with what you're saying.
Here's a post by Ryan Holiday about how to digest books way above your level:

I highly recommend reading his blog posts about keeping a Commonplace Book as well. It applies to game, or whatever your craft is, or just self-improvement and becoming a man.
And then this link. It's a talk done by some chick at an Entrepreneur conference of some type at Stanford. It's about charisma in general, but it's something the seduction community would greatly benefit from:

I agree. "You've gotta learn to like yourself. Nay, love yourself". While I agree with most of the post I have to say I slightly disagree about Diet and exercise. Most guys can get away with being a little heavy and a lot of women wont mind. Just my personal experience, however if your trying to get a ton of dates then yeah being fit and muscular helps.
[–]ImmabouttogoHAM 5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
My point to diet and exercise wasn't just so that you will be muscular and strong, but being healthy will make a huge difference in your life. You don't have to be a body builder, I don't plan on being one. But I don't think I've ever met a girl who didn't want her man to be healthy. Not everyone will have to go to the "extremes" that I have. Individual metabolisms play a part as well. I wanted to feel good, be healthy, and get quick results. It worked for me. I love life and want to live a long time. How many 400 lb people do you know that are living a quality life past 40 or 50 if they even make it to that age.

You're making excuses. Lifting makes you feel better and will make you feel more confident. It's not just for women, being strong is fun. It won't make you magically look great either, because it's a lot of hard work, but if you manage it, it will brighten your mood every time you see yourself in the mirror.
Not to mention that if you're overweight now, it will most likely only get worse as you age. Better do something about it while it's still easy.

You're absolutely right. Even at the beginning of high school, I began going to the school gym and lifting, receiving advice from the school trainer. Not even my sophomore year, I began receiving a lot more respect right off the bat. While you might have to fight to earn respect when you're short and intelligent, when you're tall and fit you get it right away. Now, I over-adjusted towards the wrong end of the spectrum and didn't fight enough to prove myself with my intellect, making me come across as douchy and what-not.
But it's a calibration deal. Once you get fit, find that sweet spot and your confidence and social proof will go through the roof.

The phrase, "allow yourself a cheat day" with regards to dieting has always annoyed me. You're not a dog. Don't reward yourself with food. But don't stress and become neurotic over whether or not you can have a burger.
Eat what you like and practice moderation with all the shit you want to eat.
[–]ImmabouttogoHAM 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Some call it a treat day, I call it cheat. I disagree with your "eat what you like". This is silly. I would love to eat cheeseburgers and drink beer every day but that would make me more fat than I already was. Healthy foods will make you live longer and feel better. Why is this even being disputed?
I do agree with practicing moderation.
