After they no twice then you have to move on or you are becoming needy. Some girls honestly just do need some warming up to. Give it one more try just be honest tell her that you really liked her and thought you would give it one more try or you would regret it later. If she says no this time then you have to move on or you can become a stalker/creepy.

Probably not. There's a fine line between a lack of persistence and beating a dead horse. She could possibly be open to the idea, but she's also just as likely to reject you again.

If you don't really care about the outcome, then it's not really an issue if you try again. At least you'll know for sure how she felt about you.

Just ask her out on a date next time you see her and see how she responds. She'll either decline the opportunity or accept it. Don't waste much more time on this.

Have a social context like a date or coffee when you ask for a number cause just a number is useless or say give me your number and we'll work out a date to hang out.

The essence of charm is persistence without neediness. And a great, mischievous smile. But if you're thinking about how to "get" her...then your persistence will come off as creepy. Let go of any expectations of outcome.

Yes. A lot of rejections are not a permanent thing. TO know wether or not it is takes some experience... so experiment with a little persistence.

This is especially true in clubs.
