Don’t have a six pack or ig but have lifted for the last 18yrs and definitely above average. Gym pic in tank top with a pump made a huge difference with online dating

I think what’s more important is if they’re tasteful.

Shirtless gym selfies can be cringe to some women. Shirtless pic at beach/run/working out is far better.

Context matters and angles.

If ur just doing a shit less pic of u flexing in the mirror, it won't NOT work but it'll def skew ur results.

But beach? Lake? Etc....natrual setting is better

Absolutely helps, but you dont wanna come across as your main thing so dont have like 3 of those photos lmao. just one that blends into the surrounding. at the beach for instance.
