I think that there's a big divide between my attractiveness in two different situations. In bars/clubs/short interactions, I do quite poorly. But when I'm in situations where I'm around women for long periods of time, such as school/work/friend groups, I do spectacularly well. In a club I might pull 6s or 7s if I'm really lucky, but I'm far more likely to get shot down. In the longer interaction scenarios, I can get 8s and 9s pretty consistently and they often fall for me pretty hard. I guess I'm less attractive as someone to fuck and more attractive as a LTR?

It wasn't always like this. I learned a lot from the PUA community before I figured out how to make myself attractive to women. However, I ended up applying those lessons mostly to the women who were regularly in my life such as coworkers or co-students and never really got the hang of quick pickups.

I think that this happens because I'm physically not super attractive and I have a sense of humor that's more understated and dry and doesn't really kick in until I know the person fairly well.

Now that I'm out of school, and I'm working in a job where I can't be hooking up with my coworkers (nor would I want to), and I'm not surrounded by female friends, I can't really rely on getting to know women over a long period of time anymore.

How do I figure out how to package my appeal into something that's more immediately apparent?
