This is an old cliche that's as false as the classic "if you fake a smile it makes you actually happy"

Asking people to do you favors plays into a concept called compliance, which is a lot more complex than 'if someone does something for you they'll like you more'. First off, they might not do it. Or want to do it. In which case, asking them will make them resent you. Second off, while this maybe might work once or twice, just asking people to do a whole bunch of shit for you is going to make them think you're lazy and incompetent.

The correct way to use compliance is to start off small. It IS true that when a person says yes to something, even a small thing, it makes them more likely to continue to say yes. If you don't ask a girl for anything, then all of a sudden drop the "come home with me bomb" you're going from zero to 100 in terms of compliance, and you're making it a lot harder for her to say yes. Instead, start with some easy things. Get her to say yes to going and standing by the bar to get a drink. Then say yes to sitting with you. Then yes to leaving that place and going somewhere else.

When someone says yes once they have a sense of social continuity. As in, if they said yes to this, they have to continue saying yes to other similar requests. So make similar request after similar request, but just upping the ante a little bit each time. Gradually, you'll get to the big questions where you really want the yes and it will be much easier for her to say yes.

Yes. There was a psychology study done and it’s linked somewhere in the subreddit. Yes, basically when someone complies and does you a favour, the brain makes them wonder if they did it because it was easy or if they like you and therefore thinks about u - leading to more attraction. Something along those lines a simple google search would yield better results than this answer.

If the girl is ALREADY physically or sexually attracted to you it MAY increase her attraction to you. Some say there are studies on this idk I’ve never looked.

But if a girl is not sexually or physically attracted to you, trust me from experience asking her to do shit will NOT make her attracted to you, it will only annoy her.

I’d say forget this “technique” there are better ways to gauge a woman’s attraction for you and better, easier and more honest ways to seduce women.
