this is advice I am kinda giving to myself because I tend to fall for one girl and imagine she is the entire world. As soon as I think "meh I have other options" even if I don't have anything viable (there are always options for example go to bars, hit an ex go to the park or whatever). My whole mindset changes and I start feeling more attractive and confident. I also think its fine keeping some women as friends but a mistake that a lot of dudes make is that they allow those female friends to disrespect them because they want some kitty. If you have a female friend you must maintain some level of attraction and respect.
