Anyone else noticed this? Do you find it odd?

I used to watch lots of infields and seminars and stuff and the coaches would always push the idea that ''girls don't care about looks at all. Or age. Nothing. ONLY your game and how you make them feel. Girls aren't visual like us''

I always knew this wasn't quite true (I have good looking friends that massively debunked that theory lol!) but took their advice on board none-the-less

Recently i've realised that coaches on youtube have really backtracked

There's arguments between coaches on youtube like ''Do'nt listen to that guy. He's just sleeping with girls because he's good looking. He can't teach you game. He has none'' and i'm thinking 'Doesn't that go against YOUR game principle though! That girls don't care about looks!!??

What does this mean for the community? Do we just dismiss the pua stuff and concede that at every level it's basically a numbers game? Find a girl who thinks you are hot and don't be too weird and escalate smoothly? And that we really can't 'seduce' a girl who doesn't want to be seduced by us? (e.g we can't force attraction)

Even though i've always known it was true, I kind of feel sad to see the people who literally ARE the industry backpeddling so much. Makes me think we've all been taken for a ride lol

Bit like how the government lies to you, and then they come clean about their lies and you feel you just can't trust them going forward
