Last week, i was able to introduce myself to an attractive girl at the gym. It was my first time doing so and felt confident doing so. I had the right energy, the right vibe and played it perfectly. She looked decently happy like she laughed (maybe a fake one however idk i cant tell people)
However, this week, I've been completely depleted of my game. I literally keep overthinking too much about the past interaction and the vibe I give out. I feel like my mental state isn't there and I'm turning into too much of a pussy. Even though no-one has shown me otherwise, I keep catching the vibe I'm annoying people or being the random dude with no value approaching others to strike up a conversation. And although, I understand my opinion of myself should be higher than others. I still subconsciously see myself not being vulnerable and doing things for the sake of impressing others. (and not being true to who I am)
I saw this same girl today walking past me and I didn't approach again. I told myself I was too tired to approach, that my exercises weren't in that general direction and so I went home. I feel like I need to do the perfect approach, and be all perfect with my game/interaction and even then, i keep overthinking my interactions/future interactions with this girl.
I'll likely see her pass me tomorrow and although, i just want to be able to greet her, my inner game is just depleted from doing so. And i'll feel like the weirdo or she'll see me as the weirdo who makes her uncomfortable despite her not saying so directly or showing any signs of disinterest
Any ideas on what to do with her? Or even what to think?
Fuck sakes.
