I have a friend at work this guy is super ugly, hair is dry , bad skin , big basketball belly , bad breath, I swear to god . I don’t even know you but I’m sure your better looking. The thing is with this guy he is fun , has lots of stories, comes off as friend guy to girls but then he fucks . We had so many fight with girls over this guy . Girls on same shift . Lots . He even had debt cards from these girls. The point is it how you conditioning your mind , girls the smell your neediness , your fear , you come off as weak , they are afraid you will. Call them 1000 times text them love songs . Be Alpha

What do you care if women you don’t know won’t give you a chance? Do they know you better than you know yourself? Are they right?

My point is that is not a problem to be a proud person unless it cripples you in some way. Accept that you aren’t the shit, but you aren’t shit either. (Rephrase: Accept that you aren’t the best option, but you aren’t the worst either). Stop caring what women who don’t know you think.

you may not get it at first but hear me when i say this.

the only way to get over the fear of rejection or the fear of anything really is to do it. Then do it again. Then keep doing it till your neurology changes and you no longer care about rejection.
you have built up a bad habit of not approaching when you want to and you have formed a neural association with everytime you want to approach you dont. this has then been cemented by the repetition of that action. whenever you want to approach your brain tells you no and you come up with all sorts of rationalizations as to why that behaviour is correct.

you must own your mind and approach till your brain realizes that when you approach you actually get a conversation and the potentiality of getting laid and nothing really life threatening happens. It also needs to understand that if you dont approach you will beat yourself up for days and that lack of trust in yourself will seep into other areas of your life.

Not approaching is more serious than you are being told.

It's a club. It's loud. They are gonna use their nonverbal communication. Feels like you got some good rejection stories out of it. Take a moment to imagine another man experiencing those rejections, and adjust whatever is needed to sense that he feels a kind of "nothing" about those events. Maybe he feels amused or faux-offended instead.

Notice that you have everything you need to feel that way about those events, because if another person can do it, so can you.
