Hi all, I just did my first approach yesterday while I was at the mall to pick up my new suit. I know my name can be deceiving as I am just starting out but eventually I will become alpha:).

Background info on me: I'm 20 years old, been in one relationship and dealt with about 6 girls, two of which I had sex with. My love life can be described as being friendzoned, flaked on, rejected, frustating and disappointing like most AFC's. I only dealt with girls in my comfort zone so meeting girls from friends and others I know. I have zero experience in pick up and approaching. After finally droping all three of my one itis's, I decided to get into the pick up game and meet completely new girls.

So here's the field report for you all! As I am heading towards the exit, I noticed a HB7 and HB6.5 sitting on a bench and I pass them by. I make eye contact with one of them from my peripherals. I made the mistake of walking pass them then looping around them to the other side and approached them. It was probably creepy but fuck it I just wanted to see where my skills were at.

I opened with "Hi, I noticed you when I passed by and I think you have a great sense of style, so I figured I introduce myself. Hi, my name is Alpha *reach out for handshake." I shake both their hands and get their names Amy and Jessica lets say. I then precede with the following dialogue: *Me: So I see you girls are still shopping even after xmas and boxing day eh? *Amy: haha yeah *Me: what are you guys looking for? *Amy: new years eve stuff *Me: oh I just picked up this suit for new years eve but listen I got to go have lunch with a friend it was a pleasure talking to you two.

Weaknesses of my approach were: talked to fast, most likely appeared nervous, did not engage jessica much, did not open set as soon as eye contact occurred. I didn't bother closing because there were no IOI's. Although the approach was probably a failure, I gained more confidence and it wasn't really that bad at all. I look forward to making more approaches in the future and hopefully have an awesome field report for you guys to read!
