ok. I see a few major issues and text game is not my strong spot. First off, your text should be direct such as 'i am getting food at 7, you should come.'

Second, you are being too available. You state you're bored... Don't let her know. Also top things not to tell a girl unless you are joking 'i have to visit my parole officer'

You're too chatty on the texts, leave the conversations when you're out on a date with her. Texting should be used as a means to tell the girl where and when to meet. She gave you her number, assume that she wants to meet up again. I find this post very enlightening on how not to fuck up attraction via text. Also, stop with the double texting. You're making yourself too available for her -- makes you look needy. It should be the other way around.

You can't reel her in cause you keep going around in circles, being redundant and boring with the conversations. Like SFord_plus mentioned, tease her more and stop making self-deprecating jokes.

Don't try to 'get' any plans out off her, ask her for some coffee after a MADD seminar or something. I used to try to 'get' plans out off a girl, and it leads into this cat and tail chase. If she's interested, (which she seems to be) she'll agree to meet up with you, if not, her loss, you're too awesome for her anyway.

Not gonna read most of it cause it's obvious what you're doing wrong.

You want to go out? Stop waiting for her to give you the perfect opportunity, ask her on your own terms.

She wants to get to know you through texting? Fuck that, you can't generate attraction through texting. Why would you let her get to know the least attractive you? How do you fix it? It's not complicated, you tell her lol. "You text too much. I'm going to xxx tomorrow night, you should come"

A wheelbarrow works on the principal of a lever, if you can't wheel her in try extending the handles on the wheel barrow.

If you're using a dolly on the other hand, try to get a buddy to spot you while you tip her back.
