As many downvotes that I'm going to get, here it is: so what that she told you she has a boyfriend? When I met the girl I most recently fucked, she told me she was engaged.

In theory, she doesn't have a boyfriend, and was lying to you; women do this all the time, see above. You just need to assume otherwise and plow through. Most high quality attractive women have boyfriends (because, well, they are high quality and attractive, OF COURSe they have boyfriends), so take it with a grain of salt when they tell you this.

That aside, huge first step asking a woman out, great job with the abundance mentality and the overall NGAF thought process. Grats.
